British India Coin Errors
by Bill Snyder

Doublestruck Trade Dollar from the Bombay Mint
The coinage India (1835-1947) is both varied and beautiful. Collectors all over the world are now hurrying to complete type sets of some or all of the Kings and Queen (Victoria). Many coins are still available in very pleasant condition at reasonable prices.
One small branch (way) of collecting this interesting series is to consider the mis-struck coins (Double Strikes, Off Centers, Brockages and Broad Strikes).
Much is to be learned about the coining process through their study.
