The coinage of India, (including that of India under British rule, 1835-1947) is both varied and beautiful. Collectors all over the world are now hurrying to complete type sets. Many coins are still available in very pleasant condition at reasonable prices.

I have become interested in the mis-struck coins (Double Strikes, Off Centers, Brockages and Broad Strikes) of British India.

Much is to be learned about the coining process through their study.
